Featuring two full sets of Carole King classics, including the entire Tapestry album plus a retrospective of Carole King's earlier and later hits from Up on the Roof to Jazzman, backed up by a full rhythm section and guest horns.

Concerts-in-the-Canyon take place at Hillcrest Hacienda Amphitheater, a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind hillside setting at 8,300 feet in Coal Creek Canyon. Guests are asked to bring lawn chairs, blankets and layers, along with a picnic dinner; beverages available on-site. (Seats and blankets are provided for VIP ticket-holders.) Indoor restrooms provided, along with alternate space for concerts during inclement weather. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for picnics, nature walks and social time.

Due to parking constraints, tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. $25 for adults, general admission and $30 for VIP; $12.50 for youth in grades 1-12.

Peace Through Music 2026 Benefit Concert gathers students, families, and neighbors to celebrate the power of music to build bridges of peace, love and understanding and to help bring about social change and nonviolent solutions to issues within our community, our country and our world 🎶.

This year's concert--our 16th annual--is themed, "You've Got a Friend," and will feature songs that speak of friendship, support, solidarity, partnership and LOVE! From Ain't no Mountain High Enough to Reach Out I'll Be There to Time After Time to You've Got a Friend in Me, our cast will be sharing music to uplift, inspire and enliven you, and you will certainly want to sing--and dance--along!

Our amazing Guest Artists include Antonio Lopez, Emilce Giacomini, Emma Kieran, Janis Kelly, Lisa Bell, Michael Maisonpierre and Nelio Zamorano, plus vocal groups Standley Lake HS Chamber Choir, PTM Mass Choir, Singing Resistance Boulder and our co-hosts for the evening, Spirit Voices, backed up by our all-star rhythm section: Chris Carvalho on guitar, Craig Schwartz on piano, Jon Stubbs on bass and Larry Thompson on drums!
